About the role

E-Commerce and Marketing Co-Ordinator

We are on the hunt for an e-commerce and marketing co-ordinator who thrives in a retail environment and being a part of a team. Although the role will primarily service our online customers and grow that side of the business, it will be customer facing role based on the shop floor.

You will be able to deliver exceptional customer service and support the Store Manager in day to day operations of the business.

You will be responsible for the maintenance of our online store, driving sales online, creating content for social media and EDM’s and maintaining our website and stock management systems.

There is potential for significant career development for the right person.

Critical skills:

  • Ability to maintain a functional online store and pos system with the use of e-commerce/retail platforms. A small amount of coding knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Proficient use of Mac operating systems and understanding of retail systems
  • Social media and marketing skills, confidence to create captivating content to fit the Little Folk aesthetic
  • Dependable, disciplined, self-driven and efficient with excellent written and oral communication skills

No formal qualifications are required if the successful applicant has proven experience in a similar role. 

Hours: Part time. 3-4 days per week
